My name is Maria Wood and I am a Reiki Master/Teacher & Healer, Meridian Psychotherapist, Stress Management, Past Life & Holistic Massage Therapist, Counsellor, Life Coach & NLP Practitioner, Intuitive & Oracle Card Reader based in Reading.

Our lives have become very pressurised and demanding physically, mentally and emotionally. This leads to stress and anxiety which in turn creates energetic imbalances and energetic blockages in our body systems. It is these imbalances and blockages which directly result in illness manifesting in our bodies.

The holistic therapies I practice, work to balance and restore the body to its natural state of optimum health in mind, body & Spirit. Holistic treatments induce a deep feeling of relaxation, calmness and peace. Being in this relaxed and calm state is one of the building blocks to obtaining improved health. All my healing work is dedicated to the highest possible outcome for my clients at all times.

As an experienced holistic therapist I am able to bring the body/mind/spirit complex back into harmony, for harmony is what we all wish for. I would be happy to provide you with an individually tailored holistic therapy programme and be delighted to work with you to improve your health and wellbeing.

HEALING & THERAPIES: I offer many types of distance and in-person Energy Healing and Complementary Therapies designed to treat the mind, body and spirit, which will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvinated and pampered. COURSES: I offer many different distance Attunement Courses to help you to connect to your own spiritual and healing gifts and the wonderful spiritual energies and beings that are here to help us.  Since these are correspondence courses, they are designed so that you can relax, enjoy and learn in the comfort of your own home... If you are a busy mum with children, are housebound for any reason, work full time and can't get to in-person workshops, or just like to study by distance learning, these courses will suit you perfectly as you can study in your own time and attunements can be done at a time that suits us both.  There is nothing better than being able to lie on your own bed or sit in your favourite armchair to receive a wonderful attunement from Source.  To find out more about my courses, please visit my Courses page.
